- You will stay in a traditional old Tyrolean farmhouse from the 16th century; partly the original door frames and doors are still present. Low door jambs that make up the cozy ambiance at the old farmhouse.
- For the greater comfort of our guests, we have built another bathroom with a large shower, toilet and a sauna on the upper floor in the barn area. Since the buildings had different heights, the statics and construction resulted in only a low passage from the hallway to the bathroom.
- Central heating is not operational between April and December.
However, it can be heated in the classic way with the wood stove. - Please understand that pets are not allowed.
- We do not accept credit or debit cards.
- Open fires are strictly prohibited due to fire hazard!
- Our house is located on higher ground, please make sure your car is well equipped for the winter. (compulsory winter tires, possibly snow chains)
- Sauna in the farmhouse Goldschmied in operation from 15.00 to 21.00.
- In summer, our guests at the KOSIS Sports Lifestyle Hotel can hire the hotel’s own e-bikes to explore the Zillertal mountains. Rental price: Euro 25,- per day/bike and subject to availability.
The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% and later cancellations will be charged at 90%.
No-shows and early departures will be invoiced at 100%.
Since, unfortunately, something unexpected can always happen, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are protected from any cancellation costs in the event of an accident.
