Winter Prices 2025/2026

• the cost of the final cleaning is between € 105,- (App. 2 + 5) and € 130,- (App. 3+4)
• The local tax of € 2.60 per night and person aged 15 and above will be charged separately on-site. Only cash payment possible!
  

• A deposit of 30% of the tour price is required at the time of booking,
  The remaining payment is due 30 days before arrival – via bank transfer.

• The ski bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.
• The Spieljoch ski area in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the Hochfügen ski area in about 25 minutes by car, and the Ski-Optimal ski area in Kaltenbach in about 10 minutes by car.
• Please make sure that your car is well equipped for the winter (winter tires compulsory, possibly snow chains)
• In summer, our guests at the KOSIS Sports Lifestyle Hotel, Dorf-Platz, 6263 Fügen
  rent the hotel’s own e-bikes to explore the Zillertal mountains.
  Rental price: Euro 30,- per day/bike and subject to availability.

The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% and later cancellations will be charged at 90%.
No-shows and early departures will be invoiced at 100%.
