• The central heating is not in operation between April and November.
  However, it can be heated in the classic way with the wood-burning stove in the bedroom.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment. We ask for your understanding.
• We do not accept credit and debit cards.
• Open fires are strictly prohibited due to the risk of fire!
• Our house is situated at a higher altitude, so please make sure that your car is well equipped for the winter.

• For larger groups, we also offer our Goldschmied farmhouse (for up to 10 people).
• The apartment is located at the back of the rustic Goldschmied farmhouse. Both units are separated from each other and have separate entrances.
• In summer, our guests at the KOSIS Sports Lifestyle Hotel can hire the hotel’s own e-bikes to explore the Zillertal mountains. Rental price: Euro 25,- per day/bike and subject to availability.

The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% and later cancellations will be charged at 90%.
No-shows and early departures will be invoiced at 100%.
