Our Kostenzer apartment house offers apartments close to the center and close to nature in Fügen, Zillertal and is only 100 meters below the Spieljochbahn.

Apartment IV convinces with a spacious layout with room for 2 to 4 people and is equipped with:

• 1 living room with double sofa bed and dining area, TV & radio
• Kitchenette with 2-hob electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and sufficient crockery (spices/vinegar/oil are not provided)
• 1 double room with shower/WC
• 1 double room with running water

• Guests – WLAN (up to 2 MBit)
• Covered balcony with sitting area

Good to know:

• Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• We do not accept credit and debit cards.
• Winter in the Zillertal is snowy. So that you can enjoy your winter holiday to the full, we would like to remind you to equip your car accordingly (winter tires are essential, and snow chains may also be required).
• The house has a ski storage room and a ski boot dryer.
