• The cost of the final cleaning is € 90,- in apartment III and
  € 105,00 in apartment I, II, IV, V, VI
• The local tax of € 2.60 per night and person aged 15 and above will be charged separately on-site. Only cash payment possible!

• A deposit of 30% of the tour price is required at the time of booking,
  the balance is due 30 days before arrival – by bank transfer.

• Please make sure that your car is well equipped for the winter. (winter tires compulsory, possibly snow chains)
• The Spieljochbahn valley station is approx. 3 minutes’ walk away, above the house.
• The ski bus stop to Hochfügen is 100m away, at the neighboring hotel.
• The town center of Fügen is just a few minutes’ walk away.
• In summer, our guests at the KOSIS Sports Lifestyle Hotel, Dorf-Platz, 6263 Fügen
  rent the hotel’s own e-bikes to explore the Zillertal mountains.
  Rental price: Euro 25,- per day/bike and subject to availability.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% and later cancellations will be charged at 90%.
No-shows and early departures will be invoiced at 100%.
