• The cost of the final cleaning is € 90,- in apartment III and
  € 105,00 in apartment I, II, IV, V, VI
• The local tax of € 1.50 per night and person aged 15 and over is charged separately.
• For short stays (up to 3 nights) we charge a surcharge of € 40.00 per night.

• Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
• We ask for your understanding that we cannot allow pets.
• Guests WLAN (up to 2 MBit)
• Please make sure that your car is well equipped for the winter. (winter tires compulsory, possibly snow chains)
• In summer, our guests at the KOSIS Sports Lifestyle Hotel, Dorf-Platz, 6263 Fügen
  rent the hotel’s own e-bikes to explore the Zillertal mountains.
  Rental price: Euro 25,- per day/bike and subject to availability.

The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 70% and later cancellations will be charged at 90%.
No-shows and early departures will be invoiced at 100%.
